District VOA 2011-2012 Mission Statement:

The mission of the Kaskaskia VOA is to protect and restore the environment, encourage peaceful coexistence amongst the people, build character and individuality… and ride penny farthing bicycles around the world.

The Kaskaskia District covers Alexander, Perry, Pulaski, Jackson, Johnson and Union counties in Illinois.
